Auroras beat Rising Stars FC 1-0 at the Tesano Police Depot Park on Friday to move to the top of the Greater Accra Regional Division 2B Zone 1.
Philip Heymann scored the lone winner in the second half of the game to lift Auroras to the top of their zone.
The first half ended goalless but Auroras turned on the pressure before breaking the deadlock through Heymann who, after latching on a through pass from Edmund Mensah, outpaced his marker before rounding the keeper to prodd home the only goal of the game.
Auroras have picked up 34 points.
