Accra Hearts of Oak have flown out of the capital to Tamale this morning.
A team of match officials, technical team and playing body left the Kotoka International Airport for Tamale on Saturday.
The team were on the Africa World Airlines morning flight.
Team Hearts will face Kotoko on Sunday in the finals of the 2017 MTN FA CUP.
But instead of making the long trip via a bus ride, the Board, led by His Royal Highness Togbe Afede XIV, decided to fly the entire team to the Northern Region for the final.
Team Hearts trained on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday before embarking on the trip and they will train at the Tamale Sports Stadium later in the day.
